Definition and Usage
The <fo:multi-toggle> object is used to create an area that, when the object is activated (e.g., clicked), switches from one <fo:multi-case> to another <fo:multi-case>.
The "switch-to" attribute is usually matched with the "case-name" attribute of the <fo:multi-case> to switch to.
The <fo:multi-toggle> object must be a child of the <fo:multi-case> object.
