Definition and Usage
The <fo:multi-switch> object holds one or more <fo:multi-case> objects and controls switching between them (triggered by <fo:multi-toggle>).
This object can be used for interactive tasks, such as switching table content views and next page / previous page view toggling.
The children of these objects are one or more <fo:multi-case> objects. However, only one <fo:multi-case> object is visible at a time. Each <fo:multi-case> object may contain one or more <fo:multi-toggle> objects, which are used to control the switching of the <fo:multi-case> within the <fo:multi-switch>.
