Definition and Usage
The <fo:leader> object is used as follows:
- Generate a "." symbol to separate page numbers from titles in a table of contents
- Create input fields in forms
- Create horizontal rules
If the leader character length is too long and clearly does not fit the entire area, it will start on a new line.
Only when the leader-pattern attribute is set to "use-content" are the children of the <fo:leader> object not ignored; if <fo:leader> contains no children, and the leader-pattern attribute is set to "use-content", then the leader will be filled with blank space.
If the leader needs to fill all the space in a line, the maximum leader length must be at least the width of the column.
