Definition and Usage
The <fo:footnote> object defines a footnote inside the region-body of a page.
It is an error if <fo:footnote> is a descendant of a flow that is not assigned to the region-body.
It is also an error if <fo:footnote> is a descendant of an fo:block-container that generates an absolutely positioned region.
The <fo:footnote> object cannot have <fo:float>, <fo:footnote>, or <fo:marker> as descendants.
