XSL-FO external-graphicObject

Definition and Usage

The <fo:external-graphic> object is used for a graphic whose image data resides outside the <fo:element> tree.

<fo:external-graphic> may be placed in an enclosing block-level <fo:block>.

The "line-stacking-strategy" of "max-height" or "line-height" is commonly used to stack one or more lines of <fo:external-graphic> content.
