Definition and Usage
The cite property is used to set or return the value of the cite attribute of the inserted text.
The cite attribute points to the URL of another document that explains why the text was inserted or modified.
Note:The cite attribute has no visual effect in ordinary web browsers, but can be used by screen readers.

All major browsers support the cite attribute.
Syntax
Return the cite property:
insObject.cite
Set the cite property:
insObject.cite=URL
