Definition and Usage

The onmouseout event occurs when the mouse pointer moves out of the specified object.

Syntax

In HTML:

<element onmouseout="SomeJavaScriptCode">

In JavaScript:

object.onmouseout=function(){SomeJavaScriptCode};

Parameter Description
SomeJavaScriptCode Required. Specifies the JavaScript to execute when the event occurs.
