The number preceding -webkit-, -ms-, or -moz- is the first browser version number that supports the prefixed property.

resize: none|both|horizontal|vertical:
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| none | The user cannot adjust the size of the element. |

| vertical | The user can adjust the height of the element. |
